Client document upload without a login

In short: clients open a secure link from their email and upload their documents straight away, without an account or a password. It works in the web browser they already use, so there is no app to download.
How clients get in
- Each request has its own link, sent to the client by email.
- The client sees exactly what you have asked for, and uploads files or answers each item on the same page.
- There is no account to create and no password to remember, which matters most for the clients who put off anything that needs a login.
When you want an extra check
For sensitive requests, switch on a one-time code. Before the request opens, the client is sent a 6-digit code by email, or by text message to a UK mobile. Codes last five minutes, and repeated wrong guesses are slowed down.
