In short: Glasscubes reads the documents clients upload and checks them against what you need. For personal tax it compares them with last year’s list, asks the client about what is still missing while they are on the page, and gives you a draft follow-up for anything left over.

- As the client uploads P60s, bank statements and dividend vouchers, Glasscubes reads each document and matches it to the list.
- It asks the client about anything that is missing, one question at a time, in a chat on the request page.
- Each item is marked as submitted, missing or uncertain, so you can see the gaps at a glance.
- If the client stops part-way, Glasscubes still checks what they sent and drafts a follow-up message for you.
