Inflo is a digital audit platform: working papers, audit data analytics, quality management and a Digital Collaboration module for PBC requests. If your problem is getting the PBC list back complete and on time, the question is whether you need a whole audit platform to do it.

Published from £96 a month plus £14.40 per user on annual billing, so a six-person audit team pays £182.40 a month, excluding VAT. Inflo says you only pay for what you use, but publishes no prices: you book a demo.

Clients click a link

Clients answer each item from a secure link, with no account or password. Inflo's security page says access to its platform is by username and password, with two-factor authentication available.

Data in the UK

Data is stored in AWS data centres in the UK. Inflo's security page lists its EMEA instance on Azure, with the primary data centre in North Europe (Ireland) and the backup in West Europe (Netherlands). Both of us hold ISO 27001; Glasscubes is also Cyber Essentials certified.

Save a PBC list as a request template and send it again next year, or schedule it as a recurring request. Automatic reminders are on every plan and stop once the client has finished.
