  No credit card required

  When you sign up to any account, we only need your basic details including your name and email address. We will never ask for your credit card details until either your free trial comes to an end or you decide to upgrade your account. Try Glasscubes with no obligation to purchase.

  What happens to my free trial if I upgrade?

  If you upgrade during your free trial your free trial will continue, although it will not restart - so you'll be able to try any of the packages to see which one suits you and your users best.

  What if I want to change my package?

  You can change your package (upgrade or downgrade) at any time from the Admin Area in your account.

  How long is my contract?

  You can choose the length of your contract at the end of your 28 day free trial or when you upgrade to a paid account. You can choose between monthly, six monthly or annual billing.

  I would like to sign up for a long period of time

  You can choose the billing period when you upgrade your account and enter your credit card details for the first time. If you decide that you want to go from a monthly payment cycle to a six month or annual cycle, simply contact us to arrange it. If you choose a longer term account, we will give you additional months free. So, if you choose to pay every 6 months you get one month free, and with 12 months you get two months free.

  Are you a charity or NFP?

  28 day free trial on all paid accounts
  

  All accounts have a 28 day free trial where you get to use all the features of your chosen package. At the end of the 28 days we will ask you to enter your credit card details to continue using the service.

  Accepted methods of payment
  

  We accept all types of credit and debit cards for payment. If you wish to sign up for a longer period of time (6, 12 or 24 months) we can invoice you on receipt of a purchase order, however please contact us in advance to arrange.

  Do you provide invoices/receipts?

  In your Admin Area there is a button to download your invoice for tax and expense reasons.

  How do I get everything out of my account?

  If you are thinking of closing your account or just want a copy of everything, please contact us to discuss and we will provide you with anything you wish.

  What if I want a feature which isn’t listed?

  We listen to our users, so if there is something you want included in Glasscubes, please contact us our use our feedback system and we will act as quickly as possible to get the feature implemented.

  How safe is my data, contacts and files?

  Your account URL is unique to you as a subdomain of glasscubes.com (for example yourchoice.glasscubes.com) and as such is only known to you. On all paying accounts you have 128bit encryption over SSL connection to ensure that your site cannot be hacked. Rest assured that everything within your Glasscubes account is safe.
