    Arturo Meza, founder of Xectus Tech, recounts his time at Cisco Systems, where he led a highly collaborative team focused on advising clients on technology and remote work. Chelsey Oliver, a marketing coordinator for the company, says they had to pivot their business model and collaborative approach to reflect a new normal. “We still do events—they’re just virtual now.
