NORTH SOMERSET COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP (NSCP) migrated 43 workspaces, 157 users and 13GB of data from Huddle to Glasscubes.
Shortly after their migration we asked Philip Weale, NSCP’s Operational Informatics Lead, for his feedback on how he felt the migration had been conducted and for any early feedback that he may have received from his users.
What were your main concerns when considering migrating from Huddle to Glasscubes?
“That there would be no continuity, that people wouldn’t be able to access their files and that the new system would be drastically different.”
Were any of your concerns subsequently realised during your migration?
“No, it went really well.”
Is there anything that the Glasscubes Migration Team could have done to improve your transition?
“No, all our questions and concerns were addressed.”
What early user feedback have you had?
“Feedback has been good. The similarities between Huddle and Glasscubes has helped users. A couple of users have asked for support, but the Glasscubes support pages have answered their questions.”
Do you have any other comments or feedback for us?
“To be honest it's still early days but so far no issues or great concerns have surfaced.”
