We pride ourselves on how user-friendly and intuitive Glasscubes is to use. There is no expertise or training required. If you need help there are several options available to you.

Customer Help Center

We have a comprehensive knowledge base of support topics in our Customer Help Center. This can also be accessed directly from your account.

On the top navigation bar of your account you will see an icon with 3 vertical dots. Click on the icon and select ‘Support Pages’ in the dropdown menu.

If you would like immediate assistance from our Customer Services Team, they can be contacted from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (GMT). Any support request received outside of these hours will be addressed as a priority on the next working day.

User tutorial

When a new user is invited to Glasscubes they are greeted with online tutorial hints, which explain the key elements of the platform. Unlike online training, which requires a commitment in time, the hints appear as the user explores new areas of the platform and only present the information when it’s required.

The hints will only run once but can be restarted at any time by going to the settings in your profile.
