We have a comprehensive knowledge base of support articles in our Customer Help Center, which can be accessed directly from your account.

Click on your profile image, on your top navigation bar and select ‘Support Pages’ from the dropdown menu.

User tutorial

When a new user is invited to Glasscubes they are greeted with online tutorial tips. Unlike online training, which requires a commitment in time, these tips only appear as the user explores new areas of the platform and present the information as it’s required.
