We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 6944584 and have our registered office at Trees, Oakfarm Lane, Fairseat, Sevenoaks, Kent, United Kingdom, TN15 7JU. We do NOT have the right to use your content that you upload or contribute to your Glasscubes account within the product. For any further clarification of this please contact us. Although we will not acquire any intellectual property rights in your contribution, Office Fabric (UK) Limited will have the right to freely use, edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your contribution to the website www.glasscubes.com (not your account). An example of this is if you write a comment on our blog - it does not mean if you up load a document to your account on the Glasscubes product.  This licence will be free of charge, perpetual and capable of assignment and/or sub-licence. In making a contribution (to www.glasscubes.com (not your account)) you waive and/or undertake to procure the waiver of all moral rights arising in the relevant material.
