Online Workspaces – Workspaces are secure online areas that you invite people to join to share files, make announcements, assign tasks, manage projects, start discussions and organise schedules.
Online Document Sharing – Projects often require large files which are impractical or impossible to share over email. Glasscubes online document sharing is done by sharing a link to a file of any size where recipients can preview, edit, comment or download it.
Version Control - This is perfect if you need to be certain that you are working with the latest version of a file, and need to find it quickly. Rather than having multiple versions of files scattered across various computers and email addresses, keep them stored in one central place and gain the peace of mind that you always have the latest version available. You can also easily access previous versions of files for audit purposes.
Shared Calendars – Organising diaries and schedules across projects can be done with a click. Overlay multiple calendars and sync them with your own diary to quickly schedule meetings, events and conference calls.
Dashboards - In each Workspace there is a summary dashboard that allows you to make announcements to the team, as well as see the latest activity in a snapshot.
