Web collaboration using Glasscubes

Glasscubes brings together a collection of online collaboration tools which facilitate better team working and improved communication. We don't aim to replace email or existing methods of collaborating; by using our web collaboration platform we simply enable users to improve how they work together and 'get things done' using the web as the medium.

Some of our Web Collaboration features

• Secure workspaces - you have control over who you invite in. You can share files and any type of document, along with your Cube calendar and tasks - all in one secure online place.
• Folder and file sharing - effective collaboration often requires large files to be worked on, which causes problems when sharing over email. Our document management tools allow you to share a link to a document where the recipient can preview, comment, download and upload.
• Task management - Tasks and milestones are crucial elements of collaboration and ensuring people are doing what is needed and by the time it is required. Knowing what needs to be completed, by whom and when helps clarify and ensure that you can follow up easily on actions. Glasscubes allows you to create, assign and track tasks in your Cubes.
• Online discussions - Collaboration requires multiple people's input, using Glasscubes everyone can comment on everything and send notifications at any stage to make sure nobody misses the important announcements.
• Version control - if you are collaborating online, version control is one of the features which makes it so much simpler. It allows everybody to work from the latest version of a document and avoids having multiple versions scattered across multiple computers and email addresses, keep them stored in one place - and always keep the latest version available.
• Conference calls - as standard in every package, each member is set up with their own unique  number which allows them to easily organise calls, regardless of the telephone system or location. Just dial in.
• Dashboards - in each Cube there is a dashboard which allows you to make announcements as well as see the latest activity in a snapshot. If you have multiple Cubes, you have your own personal dashboard too which means you can see an overview of everything that's happened in your account.
• Calendars - organise meetings, events and conference calls in your calendars. No project management could be completed without actually getting together, so calendars allow you to keep track of all deadlines, meetings and conf calls.
