How to configure the Add ons

To turn it on the Add-ons go to the 'Admin area' (you must be an Admin) and where it says 'Customize your Glasscubes account' you can select the check box that turns the extra features:

• File tab - a quick access file tab. You might want this for simply sharing files on the account and turn off Workspaces
• Connect - a simple CRM for managing contacts, sales opportunity tracking, issue tracking
• Coffee break - all non work related discussions , adverts.
• Personal Calendar - Each user can have a personal calendar that can be shared if you wish.
