So how does Glasscubes work? Everything revolves around what we call a Workspace. You can think of a workspace as a box (or cube!) that you can put whatever you like in, and then share with other people. Here's some examples of what you can use a Workspace for:

When you log in to your account, you are presented with the Dashboard. This page has two main elements: The 'Latest Activity' on the right and the 'Workspaces and folders' on the left.
The Dashboard is a live stream/feed/summary of whats happening across all your workspaces. This means that if someone comments on a file in a workspace, and someone else start a discussion in another you can see this in the Activity Feed. Its a great way to get a snapshot of whats happening across the account.
The Workspaces, is a list of all the Workspaces you have access to - you can quickly jump to any Workspace by simply clicking on the name. If you click on the little square with a plus sign next to the workspace name, you can jump directly to folders, files, tasks, discussings, etc within the Workspace. Its a quick way of getting to the information you want fast.
This is simply another way of jumping to any workspace within the account you have access to. When you click on the Workspace tab it will list the last 5 Workspaces you visited. Simply select one to jump to that Workspace. There is also a drop down list for your convenience with all the Workspaces, again you can just select one to jump to it.
You can also create a new Workspace here by clicking on the 'Create Workspace'. Please note however that only the Admin on the account can do this - unless they give you permission in the 'Admin area'
Adding people is simple, when you create a workspace you just add people to the workspace as part of the process. They will then have access to the Workspace.
People will only have access to the Workspaces they are a member of. They will not see or be able to access Workspaces they have not been added to.
