Glasscubes allows you to synchronise directly with Google Calendars and also subscribe to a feed of you Glasscubes calendars into your preferred application such as Microsoft Outlook using iCal format.
Google Calendar Synchronisation
You can synchronise your Glasscubes account with Google Calendars allowing you to ensure that any events you create in either Glasscubes or Google Calendars, you will be able to view from whichever system you prefer. This will ultimately mean you miss less meetings and also ensure that you no longer have to duplicate any events or meetings in either account.
To synchronise your Glasscubes Calendar with your Google Calendar go to your profile (click on your name in the top right).
Once in your profile, click on "Synchronise with Google".

On the next page, enter your Google account details where you keep your calendar.
Click "Save" and Glasscubes will verify your details are correct. This may take a few moments. Once everything has been verified you'll get a message saying "Credentals Verified".

Once you have verified your account, scroll down and choose the calendars which you would like to see in your Google Calendars account. Your personal calendar will be selected by default.
You can choose any workspace which you are a member of and we recommend that you choose your main central calendar.
Once you've chosen which workspaces you wish to save, click "Save" and your settings will be confirmed.
Essentially, whenever you create, edit or delete an event in either Glasscubes or Google Calendars, it will synchronise into both so you will see them from both access points - and also any other applications you have your Google Calendars synchronised with.
To see you Google Calendar entries in your Glasscubes account, activate your Google calendar on the left hand side. Any events in your Google Calendar will then appear in your Glasscubes calendar.
To see your Glasscubes events in your Google Calendar, select the Glasscubes option under "My calendars". They should automatically refresh. If they do not appear, you may have to refresh your page to activate the sync. Simple press "F5" if using a pC or ''refresh' the normal Mac way.
The synchronisations are automatic in general. Your calendars will sync every time you enter your Glasscubes account and also automatically every day.
If you need to manually synchronise your accounts, in your calendar in Glasscubes, simply click "Sync now". If you are in Google Calendars simple plress your refresh key (F5 for PCs).
To remove the synchronisation, simply go to your profile and click "Synchronise with Google". The simple click "Disable" and the two accounts will be un-synchronised.
If you are using a calendar application such as Outlook and you would like to see your Glasscubes calendar in, the easiest way is to use our iCal integration.
To do this, click on your profile in the top right (your name at the top of the page) and then click "iCal Feed" button on the right. Now you can then choose the calendars you wish to subscribe to.
A link will appear which you can click on - you can either click on this and it will normally pop a window up and you can add the calendar to Outlook or similar application or you can copy and paste the iCal link and 'import' it into your calendar application/Outlook.
