Glasscubes provides a basic free online CRM for your business or origanization called 'Connect'. This is a free add-on that you can configure immediately from the application.
With every Glasscubes account you can import your contacts, and quickly start to track your sales opportunites and activities around.
- Quick view graphs:Understanding how many issues and opportunities you have open, on hold or closed makes your life easier. We have quick view graphs in our crm which display the current status of your customer relationships.
- Attache emails: Simple CC an email to connect @ glasscubes.com and we'll automatically attach the email to the contact. This was you can track all the emails sent to a contact or sales opportunity, so when you come back to the contact (or someone else) months later you can see the exchange of informaiton.
- Import multiple contacts into your CRM: Adding contacts one at a time into CRM systems can be painstaking. As part of Connect, we've implemented an easy import. Just save your contacts as a .csv file and simply click a button. You'll be emailed when the import is successful (which only takes a few seconds).
- Add tasks: As well as issues our CRM allows you to add tasks to contacts or companies. Typically these have been used for scheduling calls, organising renewals or tracking proposals and quotes. These tasks can be assigned to anybody who has access to your account.
- Manage sales leads: Whether you are looking to manage sales or partnerships, Connect allows you to add opportunities to any contact including their status. We've purposefully simplified Connect so that probability, value and current status can all be managed with a few clicks.
- Add and manage your own fields: We can't possibly know all of the data you want to collect and store so, while you have standard contact information such as name, email address, company and phone numbers - you can also create your own fields in which you can store whatever information you want. They are easy to create, needing just a couple of clicks.
- Sales Opportunity Reports: Quicly and simply generate reports on your sales opportunites that can be saved and opened in Excel to find the information you want.
- Manage contacts: Contacts in our CRM can either be grouped into companies or kept alone. You can update, edit and change details at any time meaning that any changes in their situation can easily be recorded.
- Easily search and find contacts: Search is a key technology in making sure you can use a crm system. Our CRM allows you to enter a few characters and the search will automatically suggest the people you are looking for. Alternatively you can browse by letter to locate the person you are looking for. You can also restrict your crm search to companies or contacts themselves.
- Favorite contacts with your CRM: In our CRM, we've added Favorites so you can quickly get to those contacts who you deal with most often.
- Advanced search and export: At a click of a button you can do indepth searches on your contacts and export them to CSV to open up in Excel.
