New opportunity features added to Glasscubes Connect

In Glasscubes Connect you have always been able to manage opportunities, but we’ve recently added some great new features which means that you can now manage your own opportunities, without seeing everybody else’s.

If you have a team of cold callers or someone who calls to generate leads, once they have uncovered an opportunity, they can not only add it to the contact (with additional notes) they can also assign the opportunity to another member of the team. They can also assign a task to call them back, send them some information or set up a meeting. The next time that person logs in they will see the new opportunity and be able to follow it up.

As an administrator, you can control exactly what your members see, so if you only want your sales guys to see their own opportunities, you can control this from the admin area.

It gives a great personal view for opportunity management and also ensures that no time is wasted sifting through lots of irrelevant opportunities.
