Creating and assigning an issue

To create an issue, go to Connect and click on "Issues".

On the right hand side of the screen, click on the button which says "Add issue".

Complete the details including giving it a recognisable title and information about the issue.

In the box labelled "Who" start entering the name of the contact you wish to create the issue for.

Then choose the person you wish to assign the task to. You can choose from users of the account, but not from people who are only members of Cubes.

Updating an issue

You can update any issue, whether open or closed.

Find the issue you wish to update, and click on it.

To update it you can change any of the fields, reassign to another person or add a comment.

All modifcations are caputured as a comment and recorded to ensure full tracking.

Closing an issue

Closing an issue is simple. Simply locate the issue within Connect and open it.

On the right hand side, click the button which says "Close Issue" and the issue will be closed. It is useful for other users if you add a comment as to how the issue has be resolved.
