You can import your customers from any source, as long as you then save them as a .csv file type.
A .csv file is a comma delimited file which can be viewed in notepad (where each field will be separated by commas) or in a spreadsheet package such as Excel where each column will be displayed in a sensible manner.
When creating the file you need to make sure you are using the following headers. To help you with this, we have created an example file with a single line of data which you can then populate using your contact details, making sure you match with the appropriate headings (as below):

Download the example file for you to populate with your contacts.
When you have finished making the changes, save it with a sensible file name (ensuring that it is saved as a .csv).

Sign into your account.
Click "Connect" to go to Glasscubes Connect. On the right hand side, click "Import Contacts from file".

Upon clicking 'Import Contacts' the box will expand

Click "Browse" to locate the file. Once found, click "OK"

Click "Upload" to begin the import.

Your contacts will continue to be uploaded into Glasscubes in the background allowing you to continue your work.

When the import is completed, you will receive an email.

If you are still experiencing problems or are unsure about the .csv file, please contact us at enquiries@glasscubes.com.
