We've been working really hard behind the scenes to bring our users the features they asked for and we've recently made some changes to tasks and how they are managed. You can now categorise and comment on tasks in Glasscubes...

Categorisation of tasks

Another biggy for us and our users, categorising tasks is now possible in Glasscubes. And, as is so vital with features like this, it is completely customisable. You can choose what categories you want to use to make sure it fits with how you use tasks. We've got them set up for customer call backs, UAT and things like that so far - so it really is up to you how you use it.

Commenting on tasks

This has actually been in Glasscubes for a few weeks now, but we haven't really spoken of it. With any task you can now comment and have a discussion about that particular task to help complete it.
