How to edit a task

You will find all of the tasks assigned to you in "My Stuff" as a single list, organised by date. Similarly, if you go into a Cube and click on "Tasks" you will also get a list of tasks.

To edit any task, hover over it and some options will appear.

Click on 'Edit' and a screen will appear where you can edit all aspects of the task. 

A screen will appear where you can add all the details required for the new task.  If there is a deadline for the task, you can choose this here as well. There are several further options - you can:

• Give it a category
• Give it a due date
• Create a mobile text/SMS reminder
• Give an estimate on the amount of time it will take.
• Create an email reminder
• Assign to someone.
• Hide the task from certain people
• Give a fuller richer description or copy and past information
