A whiteboard as a document which you can create online. It can contain some formatting, although does not have all the features of a Word document. They are available in the document areas of your company tab and all of your Cubes.
If you want to create a simple document for people to help edit online, then this is the way to do it. You can still download as normal, but you have the power of creation online.
Simply go to the documents tab in either the company workspace or your Cubes and on the right hand side, click "Create Whiteboard".
A box will appear where you need to give the document a title and then you can write our document and format using the formatting icons.
To save the document, click "save" at the bottom.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no auto save function, so please remember to regularly save your document to avoid frustration
