Conference calling

Creating a conference call in glasscubes is very simple - simply click on the 'Add conference call' button in any calendar.

From here you can invite people within and outside your organization to join the call. You can fill in details such as decription , time, date etc.

Once you save the conference call, and email will be sent out to all invitees with the details on the phone numbers to call in on.

Please note that the PIN code is personal to you so you don't have to worry about other people on your Glasscubes account using the conference call system at the same time. You can all use it simultaneously.

Whats it cost?

We provide the system free of charge. The only cost is the local call - all cost are 'per minute':

UK - 4.3 pence

Austria - 11.6 euro cent

Belgium - 17.4 euro cents

France - 12 cents

Germany - 9 cents

Ireland - 8 cents

Italy - 14.3 cents

Netherland - 15 cents
