The Coffee break is an area that everyone can use for the type of chat and emails that normally get sent around. This can be things like 'items for sale', 'who's coming for a drink after work' etc. Its all things non-work related.
To turn it on go to the 'Admin area' (you must be an Admin) and where it says 'Customize your Glasscubes account' you can select the check box that turns the coffee break on. Then click the 'Save' button
