Google Docs integration live

As of today we've made live our integration with Google documents. This means that you can link to Google documents right within your Glasscubes account, so no matter what files you need to reference and work together on , whether its an Excel file, Google document, images etc - your online collaboration just got better within Glasscubes!. So how does it work? There's now a new button in the Tool bar under documents:

After several reviews regarding personal security and file security, combined with many user requests we have finally introduced individual file preferences within Glasscubes document management system.

At Glasscubes we are delighted with this new feature, having people involved in the US, UK and mainland Europe - spanning three time zones. In Glasscubes you can now change the time zone for your profile (not affecting anybody else).

Get Notified As Soon As Something Happens In Glasscubes With RSS

Until now, getting notified about activities within your Glasscubes account was left to email and SMS. However we have now implemented RSS feeds into your account which provides you with a way of being updated as soon as something happens in your account.

We've Succumbed. We've Added Folders To Workspaces

Well, for the many thousands of you who love using folders and find folders much more usable than labels, we've gone some good news. You can now create folders within your workspaces in Glasscubes.

Glasscubes Added to Google App Marketplace

Following our news earlier this week that we have synchronised our calendars with Google Calendars, we are now pleased to announce that we've been accepted into Google Apps Marketplace.
