How to add a new user to your account

There are to ways to add a user to the account.

Via a Workspace

Simply go to workspace you want to give them access to and then follow the instructions here . Please remember you need to have the 'Workspace owner' permission set add or remove people.

Via the 'Admin area'

If you are an Admin go to the Admin area and click on 'User Security'.

Here you are presented with a list of all the current users and a list of all the workspaces. If the user has never been added to the account, you first need to add them to a work space. Click on a workspace name in the list, and it will expand to show you the current people who have access and the 'Give someone access to this workspace' button. Click on the button and add them as you would described above.

Once they've accepted the invitation you can then refresh the page and find their name in the list. If you click on the 'View/Change their Workspaces permissions' link you will see a list of all your workspaces. You can then add them to any given workspace by changing the radio buttons.
